- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el Auto del 5 de diciembre de 2018, proferido por la magistrada Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, mediante el cual rechazó la demanda interpuesta por la ciudadana Laura Moreno Restrepo contra el artículo 8 (parcial) de la Ley 1480 de 2011, "Por medio de la cual se expide el Estatuto del Consumidor y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General, COMUNÍQUESE el contenido de esta decisión a la demandante, advirtiendo que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
- Una vez quede ejecutoriado el presente auto, ARCHIVESE el expediente.
